If you’re not satisfied with the work we have rendered, we will re-do it — free of charge subject to our terms and conditions, and pickup and delivery fees.
We reimburse any lost or damaged items under our custody.
We will do everything we can to return your leather items to you in great shape.
In the rare instance that an item goes missing or is damaged during the process, we will provide the reimbursement, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
